· Join the CORISMA Yahoo Group click here or on the Yahoo Group icon in the left navigation pane.

· To be added to our e-mail list and receive our monthly e-newsletter,
please e-mail corismainfo@yahoo.com.

· Join the CORISMA Yahoo Group sign in and go to the Messages page, select Post, enter you message and click SEND. That’s it. Your message will be sent to all members who have their profile set to receive messages sent to: corisma@yahoogroups.com.

· Send an email direct to: corisma@yahoogroups.com

NOTE: Please be aware that some members do not wish to receive blast communications so use this option wisely. This can be considered SPAM and some members will set this option for emails coming from this address and will not see your post. Again, please use this option wisely.

Send your picture(s) as an attachment to: Picture Post. Please include a brief description or caption you would like posted with your photo(s).

Your photos will be reviewed for content and then posted. Please make sure what you submit is in good taste!

NOTE: Due to size limitations, individual attachments should be no larger than 72KB or they will be rejected.

CORISMA is a social organization for gay and lesbian couples in the Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts area. We meet monthly for social gatherings to provide an organization where gay and lesbian couples can meet other couples in a fun and comfortable environment. The majority of our member couples come from Providence and its suburbs and Attleboro, Massachusetts and its surrounding towns. However, we have couples who come from as far away as Boston and Connecticut as well.

Most of our monthly meetings are at members homes in the RI/MA area. However, we also meet in other locations. For example, we have gone bowling, attended Providence Waterfire and other activities as a group. Most of our meetings, but not all, occur on the first Saturday of the month and most are held in the evening usually starting at 7:00 PM.

We have no dues. It doesn't cost a thing to be a member. Some of our special activities may require that you purchase tickets, meals, etc. but most of our activities are at no cost.

Absolutely. Currently our official membership is about 60% male and 40% female. More men than women tend to attend our events but everyone is welcome regardless of gender.

Although it is always changing, our membership is currently about 60% male and 40% female. We have a variety of ages from early 20's through 70+. However, the vast majority of members are in the 30-40 age range. As far as relationship length, we have the full spectrum. We have couples who have been together less than a year and couples who have been together more than 20 years. Our members hail from all over RI and MA (and even Connecticutt). Most come from Providence and its suburbs and the greater Attleboro area.
